dressed up like a lady: From the land of the ice and snow.

Jan 28, 2010

From the land of the ice and snow.

Winter is brutal. It's particularly harsh where I live -- at least for wussies like me. So naturally, I have a lot of coats.

I picked up this vintage 60's mint green overcoat at an estate sale last summer. It does the job alright, but it's just one soldier in a woolen army that takes up much of my closet.

Here's a quick retrospective on my ongoing struggle to stay both warm and halfway decent looking between the months of October and March:

  2. I love all your outfits, you manage to look so classy with a modern spunk! The third picture reminds me of Cruella (in a very good way) with that wicked eye shadow; and the last picture, so sweet. :)

  10. And now I have coat envy. I live in Tucson, AZ which isn't what one would consider very cold. I stare longingly at coats wishing for snow all. the. time.
