Yesterday was Thanksgiving, an American holiday characterized by a large meal, the expression of gratitude, and the celebration of colonists committing theft, zealotry, and genocide against American Indians. Wait, did I say that last part out loud? Haha, sorry, I'm only mostly kidding. The present-day celebration of the holiday is not really connected to colonialism, no matter how dubious its origins are.
Anyway, in honor of a rather gastronomical holiday, I thought I'd post a pictures of a few of my vegan creations that I'm most proud of. :)
Vegan Nanaimo Bars.
Vegan Chocolate Tea Biscuit Cake.

Vegan Raw Mango Lime Cream Pie.
Vegan Vanilla Cupcakes with Pink Frosting.
Vegan Baking Powder Biscuits.
Vegan GBear Anise Cookies.
