  1. You look like a member of the Rolling Stones. As you know, that is high praise indeed.

  3. I was wondering the other day what your closet situation is like. From the photos I have seen of your house, it seems very true to the "spirit" of the house, so, I am guessing your closets are only about the width of a door, is that case? If so, how in the world do you manage? Our apartment was somewhat recently updated but the closets are still only door width, so, I can't fit much in there. Your coat post made me curious since they would take up a decent chunk of space. Random curiosity :).

    1. Haha, oh Alana, I wonder this about fashion bloggers constantly! Before our present house, I basically put all non-seasonal items into like five space-bags and kept them shoved under beds, and meanwhile installed extra closet rods like 3 feet off the ground for short things like skirts and tops.

In our house, I will say that the closets are a lot bigger than is usually the case in older homes, however...I am not confined to a closet, because we have two extra bedrooms, one of which was already outfitted with a closet system. So yeah, I use a small bedroom as my closet.

I'd have posted pictures of it by now, but it's always a total mess. And also, I' don't want to brag about something that I for one would have seethed with jealousy over in the past, but maybe I'm being paranoid. I guess it would be an interesting post, for sure. Maybe I should go vacuum in there....

    2. My next question WAS going to be if you would do a closet post, haha!

  4. Those boots look like they belong to a mexican drug lord, SO amazing! Also, I've been really loving the blasted out sky in the photos recently, it looks great, and I imagine solves he problem of location scouting. For an embarrassingly long time i just thought that your winter skys were grey everyday, ha silly me!

    1. Haha, well uh, you were right before AND you're right now. My whites are turned up, but the sky is white to begin with. Michigan is overcast in the winter. All winter. No joke. For like, four solid months. It's the downside of being surrounded by the Great Lakes, and I guess I take it for granted at this point. :)

  5. Also, I am insanely jealous of your room-as-closet situation and happy that at least one persoon in this world has their closet figured out. I have a similar room/closet set up now and am considering a post as well, once it's clean enough.... so probably never!
