We've had some chilly mornings lately. I'm praying for one more heat wave before autumn, but it's novel to need a sweater in the morning. Anyway, I bought this dress for a high school dance a million years ago, but I didn't actually end up wearing it because I opted to color coordinate with my date instead. Because that's smart. I wore it to a party that year, but it eventually went into more than a decade of storage in a suitcase at my parents' house. I discovered it recently and couldn't resist putting it into action.
I must admit that as a photographer, I don't know how well I can replicate the circumstances that create those light orbs that float around Cammila in some of these shots. I know the conditions when I see them, and maybe that's as good as light orbs get. I also suspect that Cammila generates them with her inherently magical ways. Incidentally, the magic that happens when Cammila puts on this cheap but undeniably awesome dress she bought for a homecoming dance at age 16 is also quite palpable. -MC
